One of the comments describes the first episode as "Muppets for adults" and that's pretty apt. In a good way. The official description is:

A funny, unfiltered mental health show for adults (that means there are swears and dick jokes)

I'm Happy You're Here—you can subscribe on YouTube—is hosted by Ashly Burch, an actor and voice actor you might have seen in Mythic Quest on Apple TV+ or heard in a bunch of video games (Life is Strange, Borderlands, Fortnite, The Last of Us, Horizon, etc.). I heard about it via Brian in the ShopTalk Show D-d-d-d-discord.

The first episode is all about anxiety and explores what your body is doing when you're feeling anxious, and ways you can help your body deal with anxiety.

It might not be new information to those of you well versed in mental health and dealing with anxiety, but hearing it all in a well written video alongside muppets and fun colours is probably worth a watch anyway.
