Real world friends and nearly neighbours, Rick & Jacqui, are headed down to [San Cristóbal de las Casas](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San%5FCrist%C3%B3bal%5Fde%5Flas%5FCasas?ref=chrisenns.com) on a 3 year assignment with [Mennonite Central Committee](https://mcc.org/?ref=chrisenns.com) to surf, lay on the beach and drink coronas - teach, train and help.

Follow along on [their blog](https://randjblock.mennoboy.com/?ref=chrisenns.com) and read about what they are **actually** going to be doing.
