It goes to show how easy it is to manage a Microsoft based tech environment when even [Microsoft has to outsource it's IT services to a cheaper India based support firm](https://www.techflash.com/seattle/2010/04/microsoft%5Foutsources%5Fits%5Fown%5Fit.html?ref=chrisenns.com).

> Neither Apple nor Google would ever consider outsourcing IT. It’s a point of pride at both Apple and Google just how little they spend on IT compared to typical Fortune 100 companies (which typical companies, of course, use Microsoft infrastructure).
